Double congratulations are in order and we are all excited for Max Platts, our past Vintage Executive Administrator.
First, we congratulate Max on his recent engagement to Tobie Stamsta. Many of you were lucky enough to meet and get to know Tobie during OSHKOSH 2014.
Sadly, we must also congratulate Max as he begins a new career journey at CubCrafters as Kit Marketing Coordinator for the Carbon Cub EX. Max and Tobie are in the process of relocating to Yakima, WA this week and Max begins his position there on December 15th.
Max did an amazing job for us as Executive Administrator and helped bring Vintage into the 21st century with his coordination and expansion of our website, newsletter, facebook and twitter accounts.
As a Life Member of Vintage, Max has agreed to continue updating the Vintage Facebook Page.
We certainly expect to see more West Coast photos on facebook. Please remember to like us on facebook and share Max’s posts.
At the November board meeting Max thanked the directors and noted, “I have enjoyed every minute of my time working for VAA and will miss everyone, but I am excited for the new challenges ahead.”
We look forward to seeing Max and Tobie at OSHKOSH 2015 and many more conventions in the future.
We wish them both the best as this new chapter of their life opens.
