One Of AirVenture’s Most Popular Activities Returns For Another Year In 2013
Turn Your Old Parts Into New Money at AeroMart!
AeroMart is a service of the EAA Vintage Aircraft Association and operated by Vintage Volunteers.
Starting with AirVenture 2012, the EAA AirVenture Aeromart is now managed by the volunteers of the EAA Vintage Aircraft Association under the capable leadership of Chairman Paul Kyle with more than 80 Vintage Volunteers. With a deep core of active convention volunteers, the VAA is ready to help match vendors with visitors in search of “just the right part.”
Since 1992 AeroMart has been among the most popular annual attractions at Oshkosh’s EAA AirVenture fly-in and airshow. AeroMart has always been operated by the great volunteers from a series of Wisconsin EAA Chapters.
In 2011 approximately 21,000 people visited the AeroMart sales tent to shop through the almost 6,000 items that were consigned by over 300 different vendors. Those vendors were EAA members with unused or extra aviation related parts and tools who turned them into extra money, while possibly helping others to complete their projects.
For more information about how AeroMart works for both sellers – and buyers, use the links at the top of this page. There is an Information for Sellers page with details on how sellers can prepare in advance to reduce their check-in time. The site also has the answers to other commonly asked questions – just visit the AeroMart FAQ page.
Anyone interested in volunteering for AeroMart may emails us here or you may inquire at the Vintage Volunteer booth in front of the Vintage Red Barn or at the AeroMart tent during AirVenture.
