VAA welcomes Erin Brueggen as our new Vintage Executive Administrator effective December 1st. The VAA Executive Board and Board of Directors each interviewed Erin at their November meetings and unanimously agreed to offer her the position.
Erin currently lives in the Oshkosh area with her husband and two children. Prior to being a stay at home mom a few years while her children were younger, Erin had extensive aviation and business experience. She has held positions in aircraft maintenance, managed the office of a regional airport, served as right seat safety pilot for a charter service, served as a flightline service tech, and an industrial office manager. She is also a natural light photographer.
Erin holds a BS degree in Aviation Management with a minor in Flight Operations. She currently holds her private pilot license, instrument and commercial ratings.
When asked about her new position, Erin stated,
“I’m excited to be a part of an association that has members and volunteers dedicated to keeping the airplanes of the past a part of the present and the future.
I’m thrilled to take on this role and to use my education, work experiences, and life lessons as a solid base in achieving the goals of the VAA. I’m looking forward to working with the knowledgeable members and volunteers along with the relationships we build through the common interest of vintage aircraft.”
